The Co-Existence Of Wellness And Fashion

What do you know about wellness and fashion? A lot? A little? Nothing at all? The Corner is the place where you can come and get our take on different topics surrounding wellness and fashion. You can also leave your thoughts on topics that are discussed on the blog.

So let's kick start the blog with something short and sweet. Wellness and fashion sort of co-mingles in the sense that when you look good, you feel good. Studies have been done that show that dressing up or getting dressed in a way that a person normally doesn't do have proven to help the mental health of individuals. This in a sense says that dressing to impress starts with yourself!

Here at The Corner brought to you by Quetta’s Corner, we aim our focus at the total individual to see to tie

the wellness portion to the fashion portion hence our motto being we are the place that meets and caters to your every need. Everything about you as an individual is important and it starts with you feeling good with you. Share your thoughts on this with us, we love to know what you think.

I have always believed that dressing well and looking good helps ones' outlook/perception of themselves. It gives a peson a certain measure of confidence that they may not have woken up with. Think about it! There may have been times where you were like just feeling blah, then maybe a friend calls and says lets hang out or go out. You get up, called your personal stylist for advice on a few clothing options, then boom you look in the mirror and be like YASSSSS honey! You did that (haha)! Getting dressed and looking good took your mood from blah to YASSSS! Awesome blog post, I love it! Keep them coming!😁

I agree! When you dress up you feel good about yourself and your day goes a little bit better. You focus more on your outfit and accessories instead of what’s ailing you for the moment.
